What we look for

A Good Fit Looks Like This.

You do not need a long résumé. Finished work you made yourself matters most.

  • Examples of campaigns or pages you have run, with links and the results you saw.
  • Clear writing in Bangla, English, or both.
  • Comfort with Facebook and Meta tools, and with reading simple analytics.
  • An honest voice: no hype, no inflated claims.
