How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide: name, email, university or department, project summary, and any files you attach. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Form processing

Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form handler. Formspree receives your submission to deliver it to our inbox. Their privacy policy applies to that transmission step.

Project files

Research data, drafts, and supervisor feedback shared for analysis are treated as confidential working documents. Access is limited to the assigned analyst and internal reviewer for the agreed scope.

Retention

Working files are deleted within 30 days of project closure unless you request otherwise. Contact form messages are retained as long as needed to respond and manage the project relationship.

No reuse

Client data, drafts, and project materials are not reused for other clients, published, or used for training purposes.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of your contact information or project files, email hello@stat.bd with the subject line and date of your original inquiry.
