We are looking for specialists with hands-on research experience in their own industry, such as health, development, business, agriculture, education, or technology. You would work with our team as a mentor: guiding learners through their studies, reviewing their work, and sharing how research is done in practice. You start with one engagement. If it goes well, more follow, and we may bring you onto the team full time.
The work
Guide students and early-career researchers through study design, analysis, and writing, one on one or in a cohort.
Give clear, kind feedback on proposals, analysis plans, and manuscripts from people in your field.
Bring real examples from your industry into sessions, so learners see how research works outside the classroom.
What we look for
You do not need a long résumé. Finished work you made yourself matters most.
How it works
Every role starts the same way: one clear project, then more if it goes well.
Send your portfolio and the details on the role page. It takes about ten minutes.
We look at your work. If it fits a brief we have, we message you on WhatsApp or email.
You get one scoped project with a brief, a deadline, and a rate agreed before you start.
If the work goes well, more projects follow, and we may bring you onto the team full time.
